Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and prepare itineraries
- Compose, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence and reports
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-departmental meetings and take detailed minutes
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience with calendar management across multiple time zones
