Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-priority executive calendars and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including logistics and itineraries.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Facilitate communication between the executive office and department heads.
- Organize board meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Manage expense reporting and maintain confidential filing systems.
- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Concur or similar travel management software is a significant plus.
