- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with high-level professional communication.
- Prepare, format, and distribute high-impact presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships to maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate board meetings and maintain accurate documentation of corporate records and minutes.
- Streamline administrative workflows to enhance productivity across the executive team.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in an executive-level administrative role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Experience with enterprise CRM or project management software is highly preferred.
