Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including international flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and correspondence with precision and confidentiality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional rapport.
- Oversee office logistics and procurement of supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate board meetings and company-wide events, handling all catering and venue logistics.
- Streamline administrative processes to improve team productivity and communication flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an executive-level administrative or support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms and digital collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Zoom).
