Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients with tact and discretion.
- Organize high-stakes corporate meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects to ensure deadlines are met and communication remains fluid.
- Process expense reports and handle confidential documentation with the highest level of integrity.
Qualifications
- Associateās or Bachelorās degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support or office management role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Slack/Zoom.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
