- Draft, edit, and distribute internal/external communications on behalf of leadership.
- Facilitate board meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the executive team and internal departments.
- Oversee special projects and administrative initiatives to improve organizational efficiency.
- Handle confidential documentation and sensitive information with absolute integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a corporate setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
