Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with flawless coordination
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee administrative budgets and expense reporting with meticulous accuracy
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate complex projects including board meetings and corporate events
- Maintain digital filing systems with secure document management protocols
- Onboard and train administrative staff on organizational procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Minimum 3 years supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Expert knowledge of calendar management and scheduling tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) preferred
