- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level review.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external high-profile clients.
- Maintain and organize digital filing systems and CRM databases for optimal efficiency.
- Coordinate department meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Execute special projects as assigned by the executive suite with minimal supervision.
- Oversee office supply procurement and vendor relations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
