Responsibilities
- Manage complex, frequently changing calendars for executive leadership.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reporting.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level meetings.
- Facilitate seamless communication between executive staff and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee office management tasks and resource allocation to ensure a productive environment.
- Organize and execute corporate events, team off-sites, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professional discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an executive-level administrative or support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a rapid-growth environment.
- Experience with CRM software and digital project management tools is highly preferred.
