Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with precision
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as primary liaison for internal/external stakeholders
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems for digital and physical documentation
- Handle expense reports, vendor communications, and procurement processes
- Support onboarding initiatives and maintain organizational charts
- Conduct research and compile executive briefing materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
