Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper for the executive office, handling inquiries and correspondence with discretion.
- Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for board and management meetings.
- Streamline office operations by implementing efficient workflows and maintaining administrative filing systems.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest degree of professionalism.
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including visa processing and accommodation bookings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in an executive support role within a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with C-level executives and external clients.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams) is a significant advantage.
