Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and prioritize meeting requests with high discretion.
- Coordinate sophisticated domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries and expense reporting.
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, presentations, and internal communications.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
- Prepare comprehensive agendas and capture high-accuracy meeting minutes for leadership sessions.
- Develop and maintain digital filing systems to ensure organizational data integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative or office management role.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and project management software (e.g., Asana or Trello).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and ethical integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Concur or similar expense management platforms is a significant advantage.
