Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements for executives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with poise and discretion.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute high-level correspondence, board reports, and presentation materials.
- Facilitate efficient office operations, including vendor management, supplies procurement, and facility coordination.
- Organize and execute board meetings, executive retreats, and company-wide professional events.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and confidential corporate records with strict data integrity.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the executive office.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Experience with enterprise-level CRM or project management software is a plus.
