Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with polished communication
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and invoice processing
- Coordinate office operations, supply inventory, and vendor relationships
- Lead special projects including event planning and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience in corporate/consulting environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
