Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling international meetings and coordinating cross-departmental priorities
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee travel arrangements including complex multi-city itineraries and expense reporting
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate board meetings, corporate events, and executive offsites
- Implement and maintain confidential document management systems
- Assist with special projects requiring research, data analysis, and presentation development
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience supporting C-level executives in corporate/financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with strict deadlines
- Discretion handling sensitive information and confidential matters
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
