Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with flawless attention to detail
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee administrative systems including document management, filing, and records retention
- Coordinate board meetings, off-site events, and executive briefings
- Manage departmental budget tracking and expense report processing
- Mentor junior administrative staff and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of executive support experience in fast-paced corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Expertise in calendar management across multiple time zones
- Project coordination experience with budgets exceeding $500K
- Professional certification (CAP or OM) preferred
