- Manage confidential correspondence, contracts, and sensitive documentation
- Prepare comprehensive board materials and financial reports using advanced Excel functions
- Oversee office budget reconciliation and vendor relationship management
- Lead cross-departmental projects including event coordination and process optimization
- Maintain digital filing systems with 100% compliance to SOX regulations
- Act as primary liaison between executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of executive support experience in financial services
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
