Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and speaking engagements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling high-level communications with tact and professionalism.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and memos for board meetings and executive reviews.
- Oversee office operations and administrative workflows to enhance team productivity and resource allocation.
- Act as a project lead for special corporate initiatives and cross-departmental events.
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets with strict accuracy.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and confidential corporate records with the highest level of integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level support role within a corporate environment.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while managing shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Experience with CRM or project management software like Salesforce, Asana, or Trello is a strong asset.
