Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients with the utmost professionalism.
- Prepare, edit, and format high-level presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Coordinate board meetings, executive retreats, and company-wide events.
- Monitor departmental budgets, process expense reports, and reconcile corporate accounts.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.
- Screen incoming correspondence and prioritize urgent executive tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support or high-level administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Trello).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Strong organizational acumen with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and personnel information.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
