Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, including meeting scheduling and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings.
- Oversee office logistics, supply procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure a seamless work environment.
- Execute special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the C-Suite.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information and personnel matters.
- Organize and facilitate company-wide events and leadership off-sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive-level support or senior administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or project management tools like Slack, Asana, or Salesforce.
