- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings.
- Streamline office operations by implementing new document management protocols.
- Organize and facilitate executive off-sites, conferences, and team-building events.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects to ensure deadlines are met with precision.
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an executive-level administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an obsessive attention to detail.
- Experience using project management software like Asana or Trello is a plus.
