- Prepare, edit, and format high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports for board meetings.
- Coordinate intricate travel arrangements, including international flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
- Manage expense reporting, invoice processing, and departmental budget tracking with 100% accuracy.
- Execute special projects and strategic initiatives to support operational excellence across the organization.
- Maintain strictly confidential filing systems and digital records in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing high-level administrative support to C-suite executives.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and advanced digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana).
