Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional correspondence.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and memos for board meetings and leadership reviews.
- Organize and facilitate company-wide events, executive off-sites, and client conferences.
- Monitor and manage office supply inventories and vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
- Streamline administrative workflows to improve departmental productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive support or senior administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Proven ability to anticipate executive needs and resolve problems independently.
- Experience with CRM software and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
