Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports for board meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external high-profile clients.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee office supply inventory and manage vendor relationships with local service providers.
- Coordinate event planning for quarterly staff off-sites and executive briefings.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professional integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience supporting senior-level management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations independently.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) is highly preferred.
