Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and minimizing conflicts.
- Coordinate high-stakes travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries.
- Draft, proofread, and format internal and external correspondence and presentations.
- Serve as a primary gatekeeper and point of contact for stakeholders and clients.
- Prepare board meeting materials, agenda packets, and detailed meeting minutes.
- Streamline office operations and implement new administrative workflows for efficiency.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as requested by executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive-level support or office management.
- Exceptional mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
