- Act as the primary gatekeeper and liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Streamline departmental workflows and administrative processes to improve organizational efficiency.
- Oversee office operations and manage vendor relationships to ensure a premium workspace environment.
- Organize and facilitate company-wide events, executive offsites, and client-facing summits.
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professional integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative or operations role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Asana/Notion).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined, professional tone.
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced corporate environments.
- Superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
