Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars with strategic scheduling and priority management
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including complex itineraries
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, presentations, and reports using advanced Microsoft Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee departmental budget tracking and expense report processing
- Lead special projects requiring cross-departmental coordination
- Manage office operations including supply inventory and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- Minimum 5 years supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing executive-level calendars and complex travel logistics
