Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-volume executive calendars and global travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper for executive communication, prioritizing emails and inquiries.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for board-level meetings.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and follow up on critical action items to ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with absolute integrity.
- Plan and execute high-level corporate events, off-sites, and executive retreats.
- Analyze administrative processes to recommend and implement efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an executive-level administrative or operations role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges before they escalate.
- High emotional intelligence and a track record of building effective relationships with stakeholders.
