Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate cross-departmental meetings
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including complex itineraries
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist in budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Advanced organizational skills with demonstrated experience managing competing priorities
