Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level review.
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including drafting agendas and recording minutes.
- Streamline administrative processes to increase office productivity and efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate office supplies and vendor relationships to maintain a seamless workspace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative role.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple urgent tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Demonstrated experience in office management software such as Asana or Slack.
