- Maintain electronic filing systems and confidential corporate documentation.
- Coordinate office events, team off-sites, and executive conferences.
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets with precision.
- Monitor office supply inventory and procurement requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support or office management role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) is a significant plus.
