Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and conference logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and spreadsheets for executive briefings.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management, supply procurement, and facilities coordination.
- Coordinate and record board meetings, ensuring accurate distribution of minutes and action items.
- Handle confidential documentation with utmost discretion and data integrity.
- Support cross-departmental projects to ensure deadlines and corporate goals are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an executive-level administrative or office management role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational hurdles.
- Experience with CRM or project management software (Asana, Trello, or Salesforce) is highly preferred.
