Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing daily workflows.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements including itineraries and expense reporting.
- Draft, proofread, and format high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize high-visibility board meetings and team-building offsites.
- Monitor departmental budgets and process invoices with meticulous accuracy.
- Implement and maintain efficient office organizational systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience supporting C-suite level executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Asana or Trello.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
