Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating cross-departmental communications
- Prepare confidential documents, presentations, and reports using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including inventory management and vendor relationships
- Assist with special projects and event coordination for executive initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
- Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
