Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and speaking engagements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level reviews.
- Coordinate logistics for company-wide meetings, off-sites, and corporate events.
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets with high accuracy.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Screen incoming communications and prioritize critical requests for executive attention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus.
