Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize a demanding executive calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating internal and external stakeholders with precision.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, including emails, presentations, and confidential memos.
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including visa processing, flights, and luxury accommodations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in the organization of corporate events, board meetings, and team-building activities.
- Process invoices, manage expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain and update the company filing system and CRM databases to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an executive administrative role (minimum 3-5 years in a corporate environment).
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (G-Suite).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar and business etiquette.
- Demonstrated discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Relevant administrative certification (e.g., AAM) is highly desirable.
