Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management, prioritizing complex scheduling across multiple departments
- Coordinate high-level board meetings and corporate events with vendors and stakeholders
- Manage confidential communications and sensitive documentation with discretion
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee departmental budgets, expense reports, and procurement processes

Qualifications
