- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling high-level meetings and international travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as primary liaison between executives and stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including supply management, vendor relations, and facilities coordination
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
- Streamline administrative workflows using digital tools like Asana and Slack
- Act as first point of contact for external communications and internal inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with calendar management across multiple time zones
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate executive needs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
