Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Compose and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track progress using project management tools
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare expense reports and manage departmental budgets with precision
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Calendly, Doodle)
