Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and speaking engagements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
- Prepare, format, and distribute high-impact reports, presentations, and correspondence for board-level meetings.
- Coordinate all aspects of board meetings, off-sites, and corporate events with meticulous attention to detail.
- Track and manage departmental expenses, invoices, and budget reporting in coordination with the finance team.
- Develop and implement improved office workflows to increase team efficiency and operational agility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive administrative support, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
