Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and stakeholders
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics for executive team members
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications, maintaining discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless workflow and deadline adherence
- Manage office operations, including vendor relationships, inventory control, and facility maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience, preferably at executive level
