Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and conference logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining utmost confidentiality.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level review.
- Coordinate departmental meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes with precision.
- Oversee office supply inventory and facility maintenance coordination to ensure optimal operations.
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets with strict accuracy.
- Handle incoming communications, prioritizing urgent matters for executive action.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive administration or high-level office management.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional executive presence.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven ability to maintain absolute discretion regarding sensitive corporate information.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with CRM software or project management tools like Asana or Trello is a plus.
