Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level meetings.
- Coordinate all logistics for company-wide events, offsites, and executive conferences.
- Monitor and manage department budgets, expense reports, and vendor invoices.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information and proprietary data.
- Proactively anticipate operational needs to streamline executive workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level support role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Experience with Concur, Salesforce, or similar CRM/ERP software is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
