- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Coordinate departmental workflows to ensure deadlines and project milestones are met.
- Maintain strictly confidential files and sensitive organizational data.
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and off-site retreats.
- Analyze administrative processes to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level or Senior Executives.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Asana or Slack.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of professional discretion.
- Demonstrated experience in office management and vendor coordination.
