Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-priority calendars and coordinate international travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining utmost confidentiality.
- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and meeting agendas for Board of Directors briefings.
- Organize and facilitate executive-level meetings, including note-taking and action-item tracking.
- Streamline office administrative workflows to improve departmental productivity.
- Manage expense reporting and budget tracking for executive travel and corporate accounts.
- Coordinate special projects and cross-departmental initiatives as directed by leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an executive-level administrative or support role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Slack).
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot rapidly in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in high-growth corporate environments is highly desirable.
