Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including prioritizing urgent meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate high-profile domestic and international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, board presentations, and internal communications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and internal department heads, maintaining high-level discretion.
- Oversee office management tasks to ensure a collaborative, well-stocked, and professional work environment.
- Organize company-wide meetings, team off-sites, and executive retreats from concept to execution.
- Manage expense reporting and budget tracking with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level support role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with absolute integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot quickly in a shifting environment.
