Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling international travel and high-stakes board meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, executive summaries, and confidential reports for leadership review.
- Coordinate logistics for departmental events, conferences, and executive summits.
- Oversee office workflow, including document management systems and CRM updates to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct independent research and data synthesis to support strategic business decisions.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive corporate and financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a high-level administrative support role.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based project management tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, executive demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
