Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, including travel arrangements and meeting agendas.
- Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level review.
- Oversee office supply inventory and coordinate vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with the highest degree of discretion and professional integrity.
- Facilitate team meetings, capture minutes, and track action items to ensure organizational alignment.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive support or administrative leadership role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
