Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with discretion.
- Prepare high-level presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level meetings.
- Facilitate office communication and ensure operational workflows are streamlined.
- Coordinate event planning and corporate logistics for off-site retreats and client dinners.
- Monitor department budgets and process executive expense reporting.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and confidential corporate records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role within a corporate environment.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with absolute integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with CRM software and digital project management tools.
