You will serve as the primary gatekeeper and operational backbone for our C-suite executives, ensuring seamless workflows and professional representation of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling, prioritization, and travel logistics.
- Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and meeting materials for board-level discussions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with discretion.
- Coordinate all aspects of executive meetings, including venue selection, catering, and agenda preparation.
- Manage expense reporting, budget tracking, and confidential administrative documentation.
- Lead special projects as assigned by executive leadership to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity independently.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with professional business acumen.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive, confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure setting.
